Kelly Amstutz, Ed.S.

Licensed School Psychologist

I am a licensed school psychologist servicing the Tampa Bay area. Over the past 11 years I have worked within local school systems of Pasco and Hillsborough County. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience providing hundreds of psychoeducational evaluations to identify giftedness, learning needs and behavioral needs across pre-k, elementary, middle and high school settings. My experience also includes counseling to build executive functioning skills, emotional regulation skills and developing a growth mindset. I aspire to provide valuable services that result in applicable action plans to help maximize success.

Kelly Luksich, MA/CAS

Licensed School Psychologist

I am a licensed school psychologist serving the Tampa Bay area. After providing school psychological services in the public school system for over ten years, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge surrounding a variety of psychoeducational assessment tools. I have also previously worked in a Child and Family Services clinic providing counseling and consultation to assist families in addressing social, emotional, and academic concerns. I aim to provide services to assist families and students in identifying specific strengths and areas of need in order to provide actionable recommendations for student success

Licensed School Psychologist

I am a licensed school psychologist serving Pasco, Pinellas and neighboring counties. I have diverse experience working with children, parents and school educators. With over 10 years of experience working Pasco County Public Schools and Hillsborough County Public schools, I have expertise providing hundreds of psychoeducational evaluations, supervision, professional development, consultation and counseling services . I also have extensive knowledge related to the most updated testing materials.
